Capture One Pro Sony will not export varients

My CaptureOne Pro Sony Export function suddenly stopped working. My old Capture One export program will still export, but not the Pro Sony. I can complete the menu for formatting and selecting destination folder, but then no notification of successful export appears and no pics are in the selected destination folder.

Noticed there was an upgrade from July, so downloaded it, but still cannot complete the export. I have an inquiry onto Tech support, but wondering if there is common issue with this?

  Is the batch queue process running?
  
  Do you get any messages?
  
  Do you see a progress bar window appear?

  Sorry! Rookie mistake (first time I did this) in that I cleaned out a file containing the original pics a few days ago and forgot about it. Although the preview was still in C1, the program can't export - except in JPEG QuickProof format.
  
  Also an 'Offline' message was at the top of the screen which indicated (I think) the original pic was not longer available.
  
  A learning moment for my senior mind.

  Ahh, something that many will identify with.
  
  However I don't think that any sort of age delimiter is necessarily active in this sort of puzzle.
