Annotations not outputting to a layer.

    Did you check the 'Annotations' option in the 'Meta data' tab of the output recipe?

    Yes, this was the first thing I did.

    Still not working. Filing a case with Phase.

    We're having this issue where I work. I've tried multiple installations, all running OS X (my machine is 10.12.6 not sure about the others off the top of my head). It seems like I specifically can't get annotations to process on RAWs from Phase One backs (an IQ3 and an IQ280 tested so far). I have tried a couple Canon CR2 files and a Fuji RAF file and they allow me to output annotations.

    Were you able to find any solutions?

    Pretty sure this was a known issue in early releases and fixed some time ago. Please updated your installation to 11.2.1. If the issue persists please contact support.

    I was running an older version of Capture One, but my first troubleshooting step was to update to the current 11.2.1.38 These shots may have been captured with an earlier version, if that is relevant?

    I contacted support yesterday, attached one of the RAWs as an EIP and screenshots explaining, and their response today was "I have logged this as a bug for the R&D department" so hopefully we can get it sorted. Thanks for your response!

    I can not repro this on 10.13

    Is everyone in this thread with this issue on 10.12.6?

    Just tried it on an OS 10.13.6 machine running Capture One 11.2.1.38, and I'm still not getting annotations to process. Here's a link to one of the EIP files that is not letting me process its annotation: https://we.tl/t-BQSNvXJFM0
