changes disappear after the images processed

i made some changes on some images, but after the images were processed, the changes on these images dissappear when i re-opened the software...i'm using 4.8.1 on vista, any help?

    No idea what's happening yet. If you do not process after making adjustments, but restart the program, do adjustments persist or are lost as well?

    the adustments are lost only after the images are processed and restart the program...

    Try packing as EIP. In General Preferences you can set C1 to always pack an image as EIP (Enhanced Image Package). I think this holds the adjustments not just while closing and opening the session but from machine to machine and I've been told even cross platform.
