Issue whit nikon D7000 files
I was trying to import .jpg media files to a media pro catalog and I get this message for some of the files unable to scan media file. What is weird is that I get this message only for the .jpg files from my Nikon D7000 and not for my Canon EOS 5D mark II. I'm a expression media 2 user and never had this problem, it seems like is a media pro bug.
Anyone whit the same problem?
Macpro, OS 10.6.7

Not got Media Pro, but C1Pro doesn't see my D7000 files when I try and import using dialogue. If I copy across using OS or import via LR3, then when I go to the folder in C1Pro, the files are there with thumbnails.
I only shoot RAW with it, so can't comment on jpeg visibility.0 -
If you change the render engine do the JPEG files render? 0 -
Hi Drew,
Yes, after changing the render engine from Phase One to Apple, MP is now rendering the D7000 jpg files.
Thanks

Can you create a support case and provide a JPEG that was giving you issue?
We'd like to know what is different with that specific one that our render engine isn't handling properly.0 -
Hi,
my JPG-files from the D7000 are correct handled in MediaPro, undependend from the rendering option.
I develop the NEF´s with Silkypix.

Hi Tobias,
Yes, I figured out that when I use the Adobe Camera Raw to process my NEF's instead Apple Aperture everything works well whit Media Pro, must be an Aperture bug.0
