Copying Album Info to Another PC

Is there away to copy/import album info to another computer? I have some albums setup on my desktop, and I'd like to have that info available on my laptop, too. I have the drive on my desktop setup as a network drive on my laptop, same drive letter and everything, so the location references would all still apply if I can get it setup. Just wondering if there's a way I can have those albums show in the C1 (Pro) instance on my laptop, too.

  Albums and Smart Albums are part of the session configuration. If you copy the entire session, you copy Albums too.
