Does the new version include the new SDK from Canon?

It does contain the latest SDK from Canon (2.11.3), the same as CO 6.4.4. Use the workaround as described in CO6 Mac forum; it works for CO7 too.
That is, until Canon comes around with SDK 2.12.x or later.0 -
As Paul Mentioned, there is no SDK released from Canon yet hence there is no new SDK in Capture One 7.
We are as disappointed as you are but we are at the mercy of Canon in this respect. We trust they will have it available soon and hopefully it will make it into an upcoming service release for Capture One 7.
Until then, Capture One 7 can use the same workaround previously mentioned on this forum as does the Live View!

Will you release an update for v6 as well once an new canon SDK is released? 0 -
We won't know the answer to that until Canon Releases an SDK. 0 -
I'm wondering if they (Canon) are waiting for the physical release of the new 1D C and 6D models. I've been shooting with a working prototype 1D C...and there's nothing I can find to currently process the RAW files from that camera (4K video works great though). At first I was assuming (bad thing to assume anything) that it would be the same .CR2 as the 1D X...but after speaking with Canon, they told me it is actually a different RAW file type/codec/whatever...and is the same as the 6D...and that new software should be released at the end of Oct / Early Nov.
So...that's probably what they've been waiting for.
Just my 2 cents...hope this helps.0
