Own style as default
Hello there,
I´m using C1 - 6Pro since two weeks. An of course I´ve a lot of questions. The first is:
Is there any possibility to set a personal style as default. So that C1 even if I open a Photograph use automatically this style?
Why I´m asking? First of all, I don´t like that, if I open one of my Nikon nef-files as default the image is sharpened and noisereducted. I would like to "tell" C1 :" Hey, if you open a NEF, pleas chose this Camera, this Film, not this, not that but a little bit from this here and so on, and that everytime - automatically -
Anyone an Idea?
Greetings and mutch thanks
Sascha

First, about applying a default style: CO6 can apply a selected style during import (all versions) or during tethering (CO Pro 6 or DB 6 only, not Express). When you open a folder that was copied to your disk or already there, no style can be applied automatically.
You can create your own style as you noticed.
Regarding sharpening and noise reduction, you can change the default values. Note that the default values are applied when you open a folder with images the first time. A new default is not applied to images that have been opened in the past (unless you discard the settings file for the image first).
Change the default for sharpening and noise reduction from the tool's title bar, triangle at the right, click on it, save as defaults.0 -
