Upgrading issues
Currently running 8.1. How do you upgrade in Capture One to 8.3, safely?
i hit ‘update’ within the program, and it brings me to CO website and prompts me to download the WHOLE program again-- and then after, prompts to copy/put the program in my applications folder (where the prior version of CO already exists)... and of course, it says, "Older version already here/replace with new version"....
and i’m afraid if i hit 'replace', it’s going to not recognize and/or erase all my settings i’ve had in prior versions.
Can someone confirm my presets/settings will remain intact, and/or how do you really just upgrade?

Yeah, they'll be there; I've upgraded literally dozens of machines and sessions and have never "lost settings". If you're not feeling confident, just make a backup.
