    Soon. 😉

As a policy we do not provide ETA's for releases, as things can change last minute and we may not be able to uphold a promise.
Regarding the concern however, I would suggest that you create a Support Case and provide us an example of what you are seeing so we can look into it further.

    Drew,

Thanks for the response. The message I see when I try and auto mask is "The Auto Mask brush cannot be used with this image format." A similar message results if I try to create an LCC. I'll open a case and I look forward to seeing this resolved in the final release as it has been a revelation to use capture one thus far.

    Best regards,

    Simon

Like Simon, I also wish to thank you Drew for the quick response.

I know that the X-Pro1/X-E1 community (and all the future owners of the X-Trans based cameras coming out this year) are quite interested in having these cameras fully supported in Capture One given the less than stellar results from Adobe and the non response from Apple. Hopefully "full support" will mean even better image conversion and handling of chromatic anomalies (in my case I can tell you that bare trees at a distance against a grey/white sky can produce some not so welcomed issues).

    Cheers
    Steve

    Steve,
I guess that the problem you are mentioning is due to lateral chromatic aberration for which is the combination sensor+lens to have responsibility. But there are tools to correct it in PP inside CO.

    Could be Ario

It is most pronounced with a mass of bare tree limbs closely together. In this situation the grey/white sky (clouds for that matter as well) behind and through the trees will almost always take on a slight pink/purple cast...this can be readily see if part of the tree is also against a blue sky, which doesn't show this effect) - this though is only most noticeable at 100% crop, but it is there.

I've noticed this in two shots only that had tress at a distance and shot against a somewhat grey but bright mid-day winter sky.
