user profile incorrect
I'm trying to activate Capture one 4 on a new computer. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone or a really bad dream. No matter what I do I keep going in circles. According to my information I have 2 licence keys that are good for activations on 7 computers. I am only using it currently on 4.
When I go to activate, everything seems to work until it gets to the end and then it says "Could not activate because activation profile is incorrect". I'm thinking it has something to do with my changed email address, but it won't let me change that.
It seems impossible to even find someone to contact for customer support.
What do I do?

I could not activate with the new licensecode (from 4 PRO to 5 PRO) because an old LE code was displayed and would not remove for entering the new one. I disconnected internet.
Next starting CO 5 and the right folder came on the display with the possibility now to activate correct. After that I connected internet again and the problem was over.
Perhaps is this a solution of the problem.

In case anyone else stumbles upon this thread having the same issue, the error "Could not activate because activation profile is incorrect" means exactly that. You are simply using the wrong profile for the product key. Each Product Key is registered or "owned" by one single profile. You cannot activate that Product Key with anything but the correlating Profile. 0
