License Activation/Deativation
If I deactivate my previous CO v3.xx activations (5 listed), do I get them all back for future CO v3.xx and CO v5.xx activations, or is all I have left forever is the one activation left that is shown on my account page on he PhaseOne site?

John,
Deactivation is just Deactivation, not deletion.
If you have a 5 user key currently running on 5 machines, deactivation will make those 5 machines null and allow for 5 others to be activated.0 -
Thanks Drew. The reason I asked is that on the PhaseOne site on my license info page, I can only de-activate all of my CO v3.xx activations together, not just the ones on the machines I no longer use it on. 0 -
John,
Unfortunately it's an all or nothing set up. Having the ability to deactivate each computer would get complicated to say the least.0 -

Okay. Tuesday is the big day. I was using my CO Pro v5.xx in trial mode to do a huge production. Didn't want to mees up anything in the middle of it.
Tuesday, I will deactivate all, and activate CO Pro v3.xx on my G4 PPC laptop laptop running Tiger, and activate CO Pro v5.xx on my MacPro desktop unit running Snow Leopard. Hope all gets activated properly.0 -
John,
If you run into any issue create a support case and get some direct contact with a supporter. Depending on your timezone and how busy support is, you'll likely end up with a (more or less) real time discussion with a supporter to get you sorted out.0
