Batch Corrections/Processing
I use to be able to select multiple images and due an exposure correct that would take effect on all. Now it only works on the irst image selected. The same issue...I can only process a single image vs selecting ALL (Cntl A), then Cntrl D to process ALL. What am I missing?

Hi, have you read/comprehend John4's post (viewtopic.php?p=38628#p38628) on one of your previous posts? I ask because you had the same issue and the key is understanding the "Primary Selected/All Selected" concept of CO5 as John4 has explained in his post and the toggle that controls it (through Edit menu, shortcut or toolbar button).
No problem if you need further explanation - you're not the first nor will be the last - please let us know.0 -
I read it. I'm a very smart guy. That is nuts. You're goin gto push me to LightRoom. 0 -
Is there anyone, or anywhere I can call to walk me thru this...? I'm really stuck.0 -
The level of frustration I have right now is simply beyond words. I then log onto my account to make a support case and it tells me that I don't have any registered products. Why isn't there a simple phone number to call someone?
I'm a pro-power user. I process more than 1,000,000 images a year and it is beyond me why this needs to be so complicated. I've reached out to 3 friends that use C-1 and they all use version 3.x because of how complicated you've made ver 4+5. I need HELP!

Recently I wrote an explanation about how you can edit/process/delete/<whatever> multiple images in CO5:
viewtopic.php?p=36046#p36046
It is the CO5/Mac forum but you get the picture hopefully.0 -

Skip the registered products section. It is for Phase One hardware.0 -
Found the explanatino on the Mac side, thank you. Meanwhile...you must agree, this is getting WAY to complicated.
Also, I'm now getting an "Event Error" that says "The film curve (CanonEOS1DMk4-Film) was not found. This is not the first time I've used C-1 for image from teh MK4, why is this happening?0 -
I'm making some progress. I'm back to multiple batching. Now I'm getting two images at once on the same page. 0 -
Great that you get the idea of Primary versus All Selected. If this becomes too complicated, always leave it OFF or ON and don't bother again. I think it is a great feature but YMMV.
The film curves are stored in C:\Program Files\Phase One\Capture One 5\Film Curves or C:\Program Files (x86)\Phase One\Capture One 5\Film Curves if you are on a 64-bit Windows version. Check whether all 4 curve files for the mk4 are present. If the problem persists uninstall and reinstall the program.
In the viewer, CO5 can show only the primary or all selected (max to 12 images). This viewer option is controlled with the toggle Multi View (4 squares symbol) or Primary View (1 square) at the upper left corner of the viewer. Multi View is also handy when using the Compare Variant option.
By the way, did you find the online tutorials helpful? (accessible from the CO5 Welcome screen or through http://www.phaseone.com/en/Software/Cap ... rials.aspx)0 -
The Mark 4 curve is where it shold be. Hmmmmm. Why the error then? 0 -

I do not have an explanation for this. Is it will all image files, and is it for a specific curve of the Mk 4 that this error occurs?0 -
I am having a similar problem with v5.1.2 I cannot copy the LCC adjustments to other images. Sometimes it will copy to the subsequent image and then other times not at all. In all cases the Color Cast and Light Falloff correction boxes unslect themselves and then cannot be resellected. I can set this individually on each image but when you have 1500 images I start wondering what the use of having a computer is... 0 -

What type of raw file/camera do you use and what version of Windows? I could try to copy that.0
