No support for Samsung raw files?

I've just purchased a Samsung NX1 and NX500. Seems that my Capture One 8.3.3 doesn't "see" the raw files from these cameras. Is that the case, or am I missing something?'

  Supported cameras are listed in the Release Notes document. It's worth keeping an eye on that.
  
  Go to the Phase One Downloads page. Scroll down to the "Documents" link in the lower right hand corner and there you will be able to view or download the release notes.
  
  To request cameras to support and help Phase prioritise what people would like to see supported create a Support Case and I'm sure they will consider them but obviously it helps to justify looking at particular models that may not be the usual "mainstream" candidates if there are registered requests from clients.
