    I don't nor would I treat you as a trouble maker.

    This simply needs to be handled in the correct channel, which is support.

    As we don't deal with the emails on that page, only the cases filed via the support channel, your original post questioning the support response was a little unfair.

    If you make a case we will get right on it Monday morning.

    Thank you Jim, I understand what you mean. Normally I would not discuss those issues in the forum, but I have not seen any alternative. Now everything is fine.

    I have posted a few cases and got reply's within 2 days. There was one time I thought I posted a ticket but it didn't go through... I entered another one and apparently it went through and got the response.

    I heard most of Europe takes 4 weeks off in July for "Holiday". If that is still the case enjoy!

    Most people do take some vacation during the summer but we make sure we are always staffed in U.S, Europe and Asia.
