    Hi,

I downloaded the Sony express version earlier and today, I decided to pay and upgraded to the Sony Pro version. The upgrade seemed to be finished, but the color editor does not seem to be available (I clicked the arrow and it won't open). I used adding a tool function and added a second color editor and the second editor can at least be opened showing the color wheel, but no adjustment bars. Is this because the upgrade is not complete? I will really appreciate any suggestions!

    Thanks,

Unless you have also updated to a newer release of C1 no software upgrade is required.

What you will need to do is apply the activation code sent to you when you paid for the Sony Pro version.

    Have you done that?

I did. Now, when I clicked "Help" and License information, it will show the license code I entered and says I have only one activation left.

Yes, because you are still entitled to activate it on another machine as well.

If your screen resolution isn't high enough, you cannot fold out the color editor. Try to make it floating to see if that is the problem.

Hello, I had a similar problem. All the editing options where disabler. I tried changing the resolution, and the floating panels. Didn't work.
So I started deleting files related to the user. A hunch.
Finally deleted the "user.config" file while C1 was closed and the problem was solved

In Windows 10 the file is in:
    C:\Users\usaer\AppData\Local\Phase_One\CaptureOne.exe_StrongName_y3yh4brhpfi14u41fltdrpfruizxirsn\11.1.1.11

    Hope this helps
