Image preview not resolving
Anyone having issues with the previews not resolving.
This issue happens in Capture One Pro 8, 8.2.1 and 8.2.2 with both computers (New retina iMac and 2008 MacPro).
It's an intermittent issue.
There are only 30 images from a P45+ (shooting tethered) in the Capture folder.
Image review size is 2560opx
Both Macs are running X.10.3. It was also happening in X.10.2 as well.
C1 software is has hardware acceleration is set to NEVER.
I've tried different setting and eventually we have the same issue.
It was an issue with the Mac Pro was running OS X.10.2 as well.
The only way to get it to resolve, is to restart C1 Pro. We're tried waiting and clicked
on another thumbnail, then back to the problem image. Sometimes it works
other times not so much. 🙄
I have already submitted a case.

I find this is often fixed by toggling OpenCL, choosing a different image and reselecting the problem one. Or, alternatively, file > regenerate preview does the trick. 0 -
The same issue is happening with the preview not resolving in a timely way
with a new iMac with the SSD.
Capture 8.2.1 and 8.2.2 was used with iMac 4 ghz w/ SSD and McPro computer
The image preview is 5120
and hardware acceleration is on auto.
The preview take 5-10 sec to resolve
with P45 and there are no local adjustments.
Also theres still the lag when moving the crop.
