3.7.7 Pro uninstall problem

I was trying to uninstall 3.7.7 Pro but Windows can't find the "INSTALL.LOG" file. I have Capture 4 installed. Have you had this problem occur?

Could C1-4 be to blame for this uninstall problem?
How do I manually/safely remove 3.7.7?

    If you have used any disk cleanup tools, they may have seen this file as a temporary file and removed it (just a guess?).
