Restore from program trash can & Session Albums?

Attempting to restore a few images from the program's trash folder, is there a method from within CO4 or do I need to do this manually?

Secondly: I attempted to drag these files from CO's trash folder back into the folder through the browser pane, but it placed them in "Session albums, Untitled album 1". Is this a new folder it creates on the fly or something in memory?

  Albums are only pointers or references to images. You can delete an image in an album or the album itself without loosing the image.
  How the new album was created I do not know. Maybe you accidently hovered the image - while dragging it to a different folder - over the album part of the Library tool.
  
  Regarding your first question: to restore an image from the trash folder, move the image to the proper folder in the Library. CO4 will also move the preview and settings file with the image.
