5Ds File corruption in C1
I have a group of images that are not displaying properly in C1 8.3. I did check for updates and I have the most current version. The images look corrupted displaying in C1 as various patterns primarily magenta. They do open (and I can adjust them) in Adobe camera raw, PScc, and Bridge. I would prefer to process these 149 files in C1.
btw... I get the same issue on my MacPro and MBP Laptop running os10.9.5. I have images from a Canon 1Ds MK III & a 5D MKII that are displaying and working in the same folder.
any advise is appreciated.

Please send a RAW file to Support.
It's possible that this format isn't support (sRAW or mRAW?) or that Canon made a change to the RAW file format with shipping units from what we built support for in the "final" sample files we were provided. The later seems far less likely as there are now quite a few Canon 5Ds users with Capture One 8.30 -
Thanks a lot for share guys.
Hope it benefit for me. 😄 😄

Thanks Drew, I will send you a file. It is a mRAW file size. I don't recall having this issue with a full size RAW file.0 -

Yea, that's the issue then. We only support the Full, standard compression, RAW file. No mRAW or sRAW support.0
