Liscense Activation
I haved just updated our laptop to Tiger and have updated Capture One as well. I am now having problems activating the software. When activating manually I get one of two error messages:
\"Server has returned malformed data\"
\"The country is not recognized by the server\" The country is defaulted at \"United States\" and I have not changed that.
I then try to activate through the website which tells me I have entered an invalid key.
Also, I have questions about how many activations are included with the software and how those are used. Our Phase One rep is difficult to work with and would like to know if I can change my rep at any time. Thanks.

Please create a Support Case:
http://support.phaseone.com
Include the email used for activations and/or your Product Key and we can then see what is happening internally with the codes.
Also restate your Dealer question there as well.
