    Have you tried quitting Capture One and re-starting your computer?

    Yes, several times.
    After restarting a third time and repairing permissions I had a short period of the program functioning properly, but only for about twenty seconds.

    Exit CO then try deleting all the files in your cache folder. CO will then rebuild the previews the next time.
