"Save for Web" - worth incorporating?
Given what Adobe are up to with the Save For Web feature in CC...
https://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2015 ... -2015.html
...would it be worth incorporating such a feature in C1?
I'm not even sure I'm asking the right question, but I thought I'd ask it anyway.
Thanks.

Hi,
you can define easily an output recipe and give it a name "for Web" or as you prefer, providing it with a set of output definitions like pixel dimensions, compression rate, insertion of a watermark, colour space...
With this recipe then set as active output recipe every hit on the process button generates a file according to the selected settings and on the defined storage location.
I'm not aware of Adobe's approach but it seems to me that the main difference is that perhaps LR offers already presets for different output needs while in C1 the user defines those quickly and easily.0 -
Adobe's "Save For Web" is a throwback to the days when we were all on dial-up, and stripping out the Exif (which is SFW's main purpose) was seen to be a good idea.
It's probably irrelevant these days.0 -

It's safe to say that a such function would be redundant in CO.
As Michael11 says, just create a recipe that configured to your needs.0 -
Sorted then, thanks!
