What happens to adjustments?

A while ago I raised a paniced question about some corrupt files. One of the replies was from Christian in Denmark and he mentioned that adjustments are not saved. As that was just a side issue at the time I didn't look deeper into it but now I am.

So, I shoot tethered, make all the adjustments necessary and then process the images. When an existing client needs a new wine photographing I always thought I could look at the previous images taken for that client and just copy the adjustments to the new images but doesn't seem to be the case. How come adjustments are not saved, or if they are where are they saved and how do I copy them over?

  I think you have misread my answer. The adjustments are of course saved, however, this is done all the all time, and does not require any user input or action.
  You can copy and apply settings from "old" images to newly shot ones. Use the copy and apply functionality in CO. See more here: http://help.phaseone.com/en/CO8/Optimiz ... aspx#item1

  You can copy adjustments from one image to other, or save them as Styles or Presets for individual tools.
