Forgive me, but I am not sure that I see what the issue is.
I see that the top photo is from some sort of viewer and shows the whole photo. And the bottom photo shows missing information from the top and bottom of the photo, but the whole right-hand side has clearly been cropped out of the screen shot since we can only see part of the CO GUI and can not see the setting of the zoom control.
Is the photo supposed to be set for the image to fully fit onto the screen? Or is it zoomed so that the top and bottom are not fully visible? Is the problem that the top and bottom are missing? Is it zoomed to show the problem and I just don't see it? Or is it something else.
I am not trying to be argumentative. I just don't understand what the problem is supposed to be.0 -

If you have tried the suggestion of turning off lens correction, and you can't increase the area covered using the crop tool, try raising a support case with Phase One.
