    RAW files are RAW files and the adjustments you make to them with any RAW converting software are not made directly to the RAW file but they are stored in that software's catalog files or sidecar files. Generally speaking they can only be read by the software that made them, or other software by the same maker. For example you can send a RAW file from Lightroom to Photoshop as a smart object and maintain the ability to work directly on the RAW file, but this is because ACR exists both in LR as well as PS.

    Back to Capture One, you can not make adjustments to a RAW file, export the RAW file and continue to work on it as a RAW file in Photoshop. You would need to process the RAW file out of Capture One as a TIFF or JPG and open that in Photoshop.
