The feature you are after is not available in Capture One, as far as I know.

That's curious. In Media Pro, if you select an image thumbnail, the name(s) of the Collection(s) [Catalog Set(s)] to which the image belongs turn orange in color. Are you saying Capture One doesn't even have as basic an indicator as that?

Sorry I do not understand why you ask a question while you just quoted my answer.

Your answer left room for uncertainty ("as far as I know") and I don't have CO to confirm the issue. It's such a major shortcoming that I wanted to make absolutely sure we were talking about the same issue before I added it to my fix request list.

Is there a workaround or a non-visual method of verifying which Collections an image belongs to (e.g., the image's metadata list)?

The "no, not possible, as far as I know" means that I do not know how to accomplish the requested task but include the fact that I am sometimes aware of my limited knowledge.

    AppleScript could provide a solution.

So does that mean that I would have to memorize 20000 images' Albums? lol, that's smart
