Using both Windows and Mac to edit the same Catalog?
Is it possible to use both a Mac and a Windows computer to work on my Capture One Pro 12 catalog? I tried opening the catalog I had been working on from the Windows version of C1, and I get this error:

If I try to Verify/Repair, I get this error:

Both the Windows and Mac versions are 12.1.4.

I think that it is possible but there are some things to consider - Which is the primary system for managing the images
- Shall the images stored inside the catalog
- The catalog may not be open on several computers
- If you are using a cloud service (such as DropBox), allow some (generous) time for the synchronisation between the computers
- It will work only without problems for images, which are stored inside of the catalog. The way how Windows and macOS organise the file systems is just too different (Windows has drive letters, macOS uses a root directory for everything
My personal opinion(s):
[list=a:qah7nxmi]- The primary system should maintain the catalog
- If the images are NOT stored in the catalog, the secondary system should use Sessions:
- Using sessions helps to transfer the changes between different computer systems. In this way, it is possible to import the new images including the changes to the catalog, when needed (In the Import-Dialog just select to include the modifications).
- The secondary computer is usually used during assignments: A change to the main catalog might not be required immediately. (It is sufficient to know that actual changes can be transferred later)
