Recommendation - don't have separate Mac and PC forums
From previous experience dating back to iView, I'd recommend you unite the Mac and PC forums before moving forward.
Sure there are OS specific issues at times, but most user questions are about using the app and the OS is irrelevant. Forum experts will quickly sense whether the OS is relevant to the user's problem.
By splitting the forums as now, you'll find that Mac-using experts won't bother looking at the PC forum, and vice versa, and Mac users won't bother looking for answers they would find in the PC forum.
I can't recall how iView's forums were structured, but it was much more based on areas of the program:
- General
- iView 2 (prob irrelevant now)
- Scripting
- Web gallery

+1,
I think this makes a whole lot of sense.
and may I just add, how wonderful it is that Phase has bought iView/EM2
I had wished for this a few years back, and had just had a long debate with a friend, Adrian W. regarding that iView would be best suited with Phase.

I've only visited the forum a few times since learning of Expression Media's move to the new owners, but I completely forgot there was a Windows forum, too.

We hear you.
This has now been implemented.
Due to time and function restrictions some post was lost but implementation of this has been done before there was to many posts.
