Reset settings not possible

    I'm having the same exact problem. I have contacted Phase One support and they haven't resolved this for me.

    I'm experiencing the inability to reset (cmd-R) settings using C1 9.3 on both a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.11 and an iMac 5K running OS X 10.12. The iMac is a brand new machine (as of last Friday 11/11) and C1 was a fresh download and first app to be installed, so no preferences were set before that or third party apps to conflict.
