Color Editor - Basic Tab - Color Picker Freezing

Apologies if this has been picked up on already.
I've just been editing some Gretag Colour Checker charts in images, using the colour picker in the Basic tab to select patches in the charts.
After about 10-12 selections, the colour picker froze and would not select a colour from a patch.
When I closed and reopened the program, all was OK again.
However, the program did not open on the file I was working on (the third file, as it happens) but the first file I had worked on.

Update:
Returned to a file I had been editing in the Colour Editor - though without having used the colour editor on any other images this session - and the picker wouldn't work again.
Rebooted C1 and it worked again.
Definitely an issue for me.
