Cropping for 1.9:1 aspect ratio

I am trying to setup a cropping aspect ratio for 4k 4096 x 2160 1.9:1
Looks like the aspect ratio comes up 2:1 and you can't enter anything but a whole number.

  Just set the crop to 19 x 10 Same thing.

  would do it as well.
