Crop Tool: not showing the acurate pixel count?

Hi there,

I have the trial version of C1 Pro 11 since I wanna leave Adobe (except from PS) behind me. I have a weird problem with the crop tool though: It just always displays 3000 x 2000 pixels under original, even though the pixel count of the original should be 6000 x 4000. Same porblem with the 30mp 5D Mark IV.

Is this a limitation of the trial or what is the issue? I saw video online wher C1P displays the correct pixel count.

    It's not a limitation of the trial - the trial is fully functional for 30 days. It's more likely that you have an output recipe selected that is at 50% size. Go over to the Output tab and check the selected recipe there.
