Streaks, lines, & ghosting w/ DUAL MONITOR LARGE VIEWER

Someone please help me with this. It is driving me crazy. I am getting weird streaks, lines, and ghosting on images I am viewing on my second monitor. I am in Dual Monitor- Large View mode. The main computer is an iMac running Cature 11 with OS 10.13.3 High Sierra. The second monitor is a NEC PA241W-BK. I used this second monitor all the time with Capture when I was running Capture 10 + 11 on my MacBook that was on High Sierra with no problems. Sometimes if I quit Capture One and restart computer it will behave for a little while the problem comes back every time. It is either lines through the image, sometimes it appears darker than it really is, and sometimes there is ghosting from a previous frame that looks burnt into the current photo being viewed.

I did try to turn off the Hardware Acceleration in Preferences as suggested for a similar problem on the forum with no results.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

  Some f these issues were previously discussed in a post last updated Dec 21, 2017. Title is "Strange Dark Overlay on Some Images. In the post, users noticed luminance ghosting of another image when moving the high dynamic range settings. Deleting and reimporting the image often helped. Sometimes reformatting the flash card helped. See the post for more detail.

  Thank you for the response. I have tried all the suggested fixes there with no positive results. This is very strange and also very frustrating.

  As it seems to be occurring with many users, I suggest you to open a case (once more on this subject) with Phase One. It could push them to find a solution to be included in a next release.

  What happens if you create a a NEW variant for the image? Or possibly several to see if the problem persists in completely new edits. (NOT A NEW IMPORT OF THE FILE - just a new variant edit of the image.)

  Without looking at the logs and specific system setup, my guess is that it's an OpenCL issue. Try setting that to Never under Preferences > General.
  If that does solve it, best option here is to create a tech support case (via the link in my profile) and send us your log files, which can be generated via Scripts > File Packager.

  And what if setting OpenCL to 'Never' doesn't solve it, the ToggleOpenCL script was used, the graphics card isn't even supported for OpenCL in CO, and the problem persists?
  
  Case ID 245521, in march 2017. To be honest, I've given up on this one.
