I have a suggestion, while CS2 is open open up the task manager and click the process tab, watch the GDI objects number as you work in photoshop, does it start climbing? Also have you experienced menus dissapearing or anything like that? Let me know and I may have a solution.

    Hi,

I have opened the Task Manager > Process Tab but no GDI objects are shown.

Not had any menus dissapearing they just load slowly (sort of ghost onto the screen) after a short time editing in CS2.

if it keeps climbing when it his about 100,000 all your menus should dissappear. There is a memory leak in CS2, for me the problem was my cursor. Is your brush tip cursor set to precise? Try changing it to fullsize brush and see if that makes a difference.

    Appreciate the help 😊

EDIT; Painting cursor is set at 'Normal Brush Tip'

No I just thought it was a problem with C1 as I haven't experienced this before with any other RAW editor.
