Disabling open with option when processing
Hello,
I am using Capture 11 and generally like it. One issue I have is when batch processing it seems I have to select what application I want the processed tiff files "open with" when the processing finishes. Most days when the shoot is done I just want the files to be put in the output folder. That way I can save them to a external hard drive and take them home to work on. Having the files all open in Photoshop is a waste of time.
Is there any way I can change this to just the output folder and not have to have a preferred app to open it?

Process Recipe Basic tab -> Open With -> None
Are you not seeing the option for None in the drop down menu?0 -
To add a thought to cdc's reply.
If you create different recipes for different purposes according to you possible needs you will have instant changes available to you, set up to those needs, simply by selecting a different recipe for that particular batch run.
(Or, indeed, different recipes and batch more than one set of outputs in the same batch although that does not seem to be a requirement for you based on your original question.)

Thanks much, I see it on my laptop but not on my Silver Tower mac pro, although I could of missed it, as it was late at night when I finished the shoot.
Thanks much for your help, I'll check on it next time I'm in the studio.0 -
