Switching from Mac to PC

My employer is thinking of changing from Mac to PC as the old Mac is has finally given up... is it possible to de-activate the serial number of our software and download a PC version as a replacement under the same license?

  Yes.
  
  The simplest thing is probably to download the PC version and get it up and running as a trial. Then on the Phase One website you can deactivate the Mac. Your activation code for C1 should be good for both. If you only ever had one computer it was running on, you would have been entitled to activate another anyway, so you could activate the PC before deactivating the Mac.

  That is fantastic. I use three computers, a Mac mini, a Macbook pro, and a PC desktop, which I was planning to limit to C1 version 8. I've got two licenses, one for v 8 and a second for version 9 and that means I can use all three with the latest version now. Thanks! 😊

  Thank you to all who contributed.. I was thinking the same but needed confirmation before we buy a PC only to find C1 was an purchase too.
