Unable to open support case
I am new to this forum but need help as I am unable to open a support case as I cannot get past the first page after login on.
The selection boxes do not allow me to select the registered product although " my account" is correct and shows my licence codes and activations.
I have not been able to email phase 1 as I cannot get past the initial page.
What is my next step to contact them.

Skip the registered product field when logging a support case. It is for Phase One hardware. 0 -
Hasn't this come up enough times that it should be noted on the support case page?

Hi to both Pauls,
Fortunately the Support Team picked up on my problems via this Forum and are now trying to sort them out.
So my difficulties were not about the quality of support just my own inability to get past the first page design of the form.
Now that that I am in touch with them I am impressed with their diligent efforts to resolve my problem getting the program to run.

How do I open a case? What a crappy customers service this place has. No phone numbers or emails.
