Survey eMail "Help us to improve MediaPro!"
I received an html email from Phase One <noreply@phaseone.com> with the topic/subject line "Help us to improve MediaPro!" (in German language). Quite astonished about this request and well willing to fill the form I used the link in the mail which opened this URL:
http://www.anpdm.com/newsletterweb/4446 ... 7544445A43
Unfortunately the link near the pages bottom, which promises to bring me to the survey questionnaire (in English language) does not work but makes the page view loop only.
Quite disappointing.
Mac OS X 10.6.8. + Firefox/Safari/Chrome
Thanks and regards,
- thomas

The same in my email ☹️
I hope that Phase One will see these posts and jump in ...
Best regards, Michael0 -
I run into the same issue.
It's really, really funny.... 🤬
Guy's at PhaseOne, please wake up.
MP is buggy , your eMail is not really better...0 -
Same here with three different browsers, maybe it's a thing with the german newsletter? Don't know where Michael931 is from, but it seems to me I am at least the third German here.
Kind regards,
Bernd0 -
I'm also from Germany - I think it is a German issue.

I'm German as well. The problem is: they (or maybe their email marketing agency) simply forgot to set the URL of the survey link, and it points to '#'', which is the top of the current page. 0 -
Hello,
I got it as well, an English one, and it worked for me.
But, I filled the questionnary, then wrote my comments and proposals in free text area.
Because I had a lot to say, I wanted to see my whole text at the same time, and then I used NotePad to edit it.
And then copy paste to the correct field.
Then I got an error message, which was repeating quite frequently after quitting it once:
"An error occurred: There was an error processing the request".
I could finalise the questionnary by submitting it and got the Thank You -message.
But - but still I don't know if it is gone through or not.
No idea what was the reason for this - maybe I wrote too much, about 2500 characters.
There was not mentioned the max length.
So I don't know what happened.
It is good to ask us for the improvals, but there should be a channel to PhaseOne for frequent comments and proposals for future updates. This forum as it is today, seems not to be very seriously taken by PhaseOne.
Anyway, for my use, MediaPro is doing quite well at the moment, but a lot is still to be done.

Good point. – PhaseOne: marketing + product management + IT need to talk to each other.
(I get sick of marketing mails only.)0 -
> but there should be a channel to PhaseOne for frequent comments
There is "Ulf" as head of this MediaPro topics:
Username:Ulf
Rank:Site Admin
Location:Copenhagen Denmark
Occupation:Support Manager
Sotosay this is not a German but more sort of a Danish issue.
(whereas: iView used to be British, Expression Media USAmerican)

Agree but wonder: are there any activities in the Facebook and Twitter links mentioned in the newsletter/survey email? (i am no user of neither of those)0 -
One hour ago I get a new mail with a link, that's working!
Just for info. Michael0 -
Thanks, me too. I just filled the form ... and now I hope again 😉 0 -
ditto here. some java script errors with webkit-browsers, but with Firefox I could complete. 0 -
I found the form with no problems (english), submittied some suggestions at the end, hopefully someone reads them... I like the product, hope hey continue to improve it, and fix many of the little nits running about..... A general cleanup woulld be nice....
Thanks for listining, I Hope, Henri Monnier0 -
I sure wish I could get a survey request. I have a LOT to say. Yes, I'm a registered user.
How can I participate in this?0 -
With all due respect, why expend the energy?
If Phase One was really interested, they would have an active presence on their forum providing assistance in a public way. But they don't. The only way to get help is their arcane "support case" process in which, from my experience, you are likely to be told tough luck, as anything.
As crazy as it sounds, frankly we got better forum support from Microsoft (at least while Anita was around).0 -

While more active presence here on the board may help anyway, I for one don't share your experience with support cases. I sent one in last week and received great help and input.
Kind regards,

One good reason is that a lot of users don't post on this (or any) forum. Some of those users will respond to a survey.
