scaling and positioning watermark correctly

I have various photos in my export. Some in original format, some cropped to a good look.
Now adding a watermark (text or picture) the watermark always is placed absolute to the original.
How can I place a watermark so its placed always on the same position and same size even when I have variants that are smaller then the original?

The defaultsolution does not satisfy at all.

  for me, Watermark is not seen in final export Jpeg. Also out of ten, once it shows up normally.What can be wrong?

  You are right . With JPEG it works, even the scaling. Funny that it does not work with TIFF the same way.
  But it helped - I be happy with JPEG.
