Where are my Thumbnails?
Hi I hope someone can help!
I'm using 7.02 on OS X 10.8.2.
Please view this image.

A lot of thumbnails in browser are gone blank and cannot get them to show at all.
Tried generating preview again but failed.
Changed Proof Profile (Under "View") but didn't work.
Moved browser to bottom, no luck.
Changes sorting option, still no luck.
Only the way I found to solve this is to re-import images into session/catalog and also loose all the adjustments I made.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks in advance.
Shin

Shin,
In the screenshot the import is still occurring so the thumbnails may not have been generated yet.
Beyond that, after the import has finished, the thumbnails may be there but can't be read correctly. Capture One may think the thumbnail is correct and therefore the regenerate preview will not change the file.
If you're using a session, as an extreme measure, you can force the software to regenerate the proxie files from scratch by deleting them.
They will be in the "CaptureOne" folder in the "Cache" among your RAW files. Simply quit the software and delete them, then relaunch and they will be regenerated.0
