problems with capture one 5.0.2.

we have regularly problems with capture one 5.0.2. not only does it run quite unstable,and quits at least 5 times a day, but sorting for example after a reopening a sessions seems to be totally off. numbers run wild and non of the pics shows up in the decided sorting. when you mark pics with stars every once in a while the software marks all files even non selected with the same amount. sometimes files show up immediately under favorites other times they do not - why we could not find out.
we run it under mac osx 10.6. with a macbook pro 3.06 ghz and 8 gb ram which is the fastest and newest to obtain so far.
i had a discussion with fellow photographers and art directors who came up with equal issues. itc in hamburg wherever declares these problems as non existing...
they told me it would run smooth and easy on their comps. what is different on theirs that the rest of us does not know about???
or is there systemrequirements which are only known to few? do you have similar problems or an idea how to solve them??? iÂ´d more then glad to know...thanx

The sort issue is discussed frequently here in another topic (see the CO4/5 Mac forum, you posted on Windows forum). Have not seen an acknowledgement yet from Phase One re. a fix. Here is the link: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=8062

Stability issues occur but are quite rare with CO5.x. I suggest to open a support ticket with Phase One so they can help you out.

I found that every time I select the orange color tag for an image it crashes. Other colors are fine.
