rename the original raw files?

    Select All, right-click then Batch Rename.

    But I'm not sure I fully understood your request.

    That doesnt work, they look renamed in the cat. But like I said, on disc, they retain their original names. Its like their virtual renamed inside COPro.
    Which is rubbish as Lightroom renames the raw file.

    Absolutely right. That's the reason I only use referenced catalogues.

    Yes it works with referenced catalogues. I don't know about managed one.

    Ok, so I figured it out.
    I went back to my original catalogue, before I exported as new catalogue. Within the folder hierarchy you can rename the sources. So I've moved all the green flagged images into new folder and renamed there. Different working practices to lightroom.
    Think I'll stick to LR for now, CO10.2 is so full of bugs. v10.1.2 is better.
