Can't download 3.7.3!
Is anybody able to download 3.7.3LE for OSX?? Any computer or browser I try fails after 45MB, the file must be corrupted on the server!!
BTW, I need this file as a last trial: 3.7.1 and 3.7.2 still can't start on my powerbook, hanging at start with no window. No matter what preferences or cache files I delete, I can't start the application I paid for and PhaseOne support wasn't able to answer my previous post! 👿

Try creating a new user account on your computer and launch Capture One.
What you will notice is it works fine.
Reason for it is because you have deleted folders in your original account and because of that, it can not launch.
Resetting the application works in some cases.
Go to /Users/your user name/Library/Preferences/
Delete any file here that starts with \"com.phaseone.....\"
When it come to the download it works fine, I have just verified, try empty cache of your browser, disable and firewall and/or antivirus which might interfere and make sure you are not are behind a proxy server.

First: I asked for tech support and you were unable to help me, none of the suggestions worked and the last suggestion was to reinstall OSX.
Second: I deleted things around only as per your suggestions in the knowledge base and only when, after upgrading to 3.7.1 the application immediately stopped working (it worked minutes before that). In addition, I followed your suggestions to completely remove your application and then I reinstalled it. Doesn't work at all.
Third: your download (3.7.3LE for OSX) DOESN'T WORK. I tried in different networks with PCs and macs with different browsers, even with curl and wget (!!!) without firewalls or proxies, without caching problems. I even asked a friend of mine from another country to try and the result was the same: the connection is closed by the server between 30 and 48 MB, randomly. Have you tried downloading it from OUTSIDE your network??
A closing comment: even if disappointed, I'm reinstalling my mac just to run the application I PAID for. My suggestion is that you check very carefully how it works and provide some smooth degradation in case files outside the application itself are missing or corrupted. One thing is to tell the user that the application needs to reset to defaults, another is not starting the application at all and ask the user to reinstall his computer...

When trying to resolve an issue, don't give-up in less than 24 hours. Sometimes a whole series of Q&A is needed with a Support Case to resolve a problem. Please know that Technical Support is always willing and able to work with Users until a solution is found no matter how much time and effort it takes.
I did just verify a successful Download from the Outside. Using IE my download did time out and was Reset, but I simply went back to the OS LE Download page, initiated a download and it picked-up exactly where it had left off. The final .DMG file should be 52.5 MB
I then successfully updated my LE version on my Mac.

Others updating to OS 10.4 Tiger and products from YouSoft.com have had a conflict. Some use this software to load music to iPods. Once disabled, Capture One launches without issue.
Again, Help Us - Help You and don't give up on your Support Case, keep providing details of what works and what does not so we can all get a little wiser. 😉
