Import...Image year yyyy / image mo/ image da Help!

When I import images to my attached Drobo I have recently been getting a problem. CO finds the Drobo and the folder it is suppose to but instead of finding the yyyy (2015) folder, that already exists, it creates a new one. I really want one folder that says 2015 as for obvious reasons. It would not be too bad if it was a folders where names were 2015 and 2015 (1) but they are not. I get confused too easily and do not need any encouragement by software errors. However this could be my error.

UPDate I have been deleting the presets for import yyyy/mo/da and rebuilt one. It no longer duplicates the yyyy 2015 but the month is now duplicated. Anybody got any Ideas? I upgraded to 9.0.1 but it still duplicates ...just not the year.
