Color editor not working
Hello everyone,
I'm fairly new to Capture One so I'm probably doing something wrong.
All other adjustment work but the color editor isn't.
Any changes I make, using any of the tools have no effect. Using the color picker and then sliding saturation or other adjustments has absolutely no effect. It works fine if I edit a JPG but not 5d iv raws.
Cheers
James

For some reason, the ICC profile wasn't selected.0 -
I am having this same issue. I have a RAW file (DNG) that I am trying to tweak a color in. I create an adjustment layer and when I move to the Color Editor tab, it does not expand or anything. Clicking on it gets me nowhere. What did you you do to remedy this? 0 -

There is a known limitation about the color editor not expanding if there's not enough physical space for it. Try un-docking it by grabbing the title of the tool and pulling it out somewhere.0 -

I hope that that is it. I tried everything I could think of last night but could not get it to expand. I will try breaking it away.
I am REALLY liking the software. If I team it up with Helicon to get focus stacking DNG files and then doing the final edits in C1, everything I need is there. I will probably be downloading a full version soon.0 -

There is only one download.
What you have, providing you are running a Pro version and the full Pro version rather than the Sony Pro unless you only have Sony RAW files to develop, has everything installed with which version is made active controlled by your choice during the trial or the activation key after purchase.
There are some legacy additional programs offered during the install. They relate to Phase hardware features and unless you have the relevant requirements for that hardware you don't need to install them.
HTH,
