    However, the 4GB issue should not be a problem any longer with the release of 5.1. As such perhaps an uninstall and reinstall is a better solution.

    Thanks for your reply. Obviously I have read the article at the link before the machine was built and again since just to see if I was missing something. Since the machine was a clean install from new with no other drivers or versions of Capture One, I can' see that a clean removal and re-install will achieve anything other than take me back to the initial state, as Lee has mentioned in our tech support case.

    Well, as Jon mentioned on your other post (viewtopic.php?f=20&t=7721&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=15#p36497) you are certainly in capable hands within the support case. I would recommend following up with that cases suggestions and we'll certainly get to the bottom of it.

    I believe it left off with the following suggestion;

    Despite there being no previous drivers present, the above suggestion is certainly worth a shot.
