Color Mismatch in Photoshop Tip

I recently noticed that using anything but the sRGB space out of C1 got me slightly different colors in Photoshop. I searched around for a while and FINALLY found that the Open GL settings under Photoshop>Preferences>Performance were to blame. Turning off "Use for image display" in the advanced settings solved my problem. I can't explain it, but it works! Thought it might help someone here.

    Had a similar discovery recently.

    Apparently, not all (Intel?) Mac with OS X 10.5 are compliant with CS4's OpenGL setting. On my G5 PowerMac with 10.5 it is switched off by default (greyed out, not available). Thanks for posting.
