Filter->Place->Country and Importing TIF files

Only my first day with the trial and already having problems.

1. I don't see any thumbnail previews in the Import dialogue for .tif files.

2. I can't find a way to rename or delete place names within the Filter->Place box even if their count is zero.

Any suggestions welcome.

  This is primarily a User to User forum to which Phase staff contribute occasionally.
  
  If no one here reading you post has any relevant comments to make you may end up waiting a while.
  
  Best suggestion is that you create a support case *In the application - Help menu then Capture One Support and then Technical Support.
  
  That should get you a fairly swift response and the request will be officially managed and monitored.
  
  You can use the service during your trial period.

  1. Sometimes TIFF files thumbnail previews don't appear immediately in the import window. If you click on the "dark" preview, they come out. I don't know why....
  2. You must go to the metadata tool tab, metadata tool, and there you can change whatever you like. The filter doesn't work as a metadata editor, but rather as a metadata finder.
