Mouse pointer/crop

I'm wondering if I'm the only one with this problem.
After upgrading to 8.0, dragging the crop (edges), and re-sizing spot tool is next to impossible.
Basically the mouse pointer is not visually on the same location as where it clicks. I can make it work only by guessing where the click actually happens.
I have changed nothing except upgraded to 8.0 from the last 7 version.
Win 7 64 bit
