Colour space? Are the exported JPGs sRGB, Adobe RGB, etc? Also what app are you looking at the exported images in? Are you saying they look different when viewed in Capture One, or when viewed in some other software?

I tried both Adobe RGB and Embed camera profile, neither worked well. Viewing using IrfanView and Windows Photo Viewer; both applications show the picture different one from another, and different from CaptureOne preview.

    I would suggest sRGB.

Also check that your Proof Profile (View > Proof Profile) is in line with what your output colorspace is.

I'm exporting some pictures to JPEG and the colors in exported images look very different from the CaptureOne previews. Any ideas why this may be happening?

I am having same problem. Any proper solution ?

As before, Mac or Windows? Colour space? Are the exported JPGs sRGB, Adobe RGB, etc? Also what app are you looking at the exported images in? Are you saying they look different when viewed in Capture One, or when viewed in some other software?

same problem, windows 11, dell, Samsung display, adobe 1998 both in the profile view and exporting color space. color calibrated screen using spyder 5 . and every application I use is a vastly different color than the capture one final image I'm wanting to export.

I tried different color spaces, jpeg qualities, and exporting recipes, but only exporting for the Instagram recipe comes close. but if I make my own exporting recipe to mimic the Instagram one it doesn't work .

    help please

wow thanks for the quick response, i double-checked the proofing-good. tried sRGB no change. for grins i even uploaded the image to my squarespace-no change- i tried the generic windows photo viewer-no change. but to be clear the exported image when using the Instagram recipe is close but not quite. i noticed too that the instagram exported recipe autoloads with ICC profile  "phase one-PC monitor" not sRGB". and if I try using that ICC profile phase one-PC monitor on my own created recipe it won't work.

I usually work with lightroom and photoshop and have seen problems on the web if I try to use ProPhoto adobe but not 1998.

i also tried disabling hardware acceleration and restarting the computer with no difference as well
